Campaign Management - Málaga en Malaga

The Campaign Specialist (CS) is the end to end executor during the campaign execution lifecycle. 

CS is responsible for the overall campaign build and deployment right from generating extract from the Relationship Builder tool (RB Tool) and posting it on prescribed fulfillment SFTP as well as executing the deployment of the campaign through DREAM platform for Email campaigns. 

The role of a CS is completed when a campaign extract has been successfully passed over to the fulfillment / deployment agency for non-email campaigns or when the campaign has been successfully deployed and initial campaign statistics have been provided to the Campaign Execution Manager post deployment, for email campaigns. In his/her role, the CS collaborates with the agencies involved [creative agencies, database partner, etc.] involved in the campaign and is responsible for ensuring that the campaign is deployed as per the aligned time and with accuracy.

• Experience in working with global organizations across time zones
• TOOLS Campaign Tools as Salesforce, Hybris Campaign, Adobe Campaing (Neolane), Magento,

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS

• Campaign Management
• Proficiency on Relationship Builder Tool
• Proficiency on DREAM tool for campaign set ups and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Webex, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
• General eCRM knowledge (novice proficiency level)
