The Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is located across Europe with a central order administration located in Barcelona. The team that is hiring you is formed by ~25 team members of different background and from different countries, it is working from 3 different locations and 2 continents. The Team that you will join provides support to more than 120 countries and 600 employees.

Your main responsibilities would include:
Information Management:
- Pull data for the CCC's performance dashboards
- Create ad-hoc reports for business analysis with a focus on new technology
- Maintain and create documents to be used for customer communication
- Automate existing reports to be used by operational teams
- Maintain and develop web-based solutions
- Investigate and propose automation solutions
You should currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or a postgraduate/masters program ideally in Business Administration, with a strong focus on Computing and IT, or in Computer Science / Programming with a strong business application focus. We need you to be available for 12 months, full time.
