This role is part of a structured development program designed to build technical and customer service capabilities within the Automotive OEM environment for our client PPG in Villamuriel.

You will receive hands-on training on products, services, and technical support processes. The role supports the development of troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with senior technical experts and cross-functional teams. It aims to prepare you for future roles within Technical Service. The position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 12-month training program on technical products and service processes
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
• Learn and apply diagnostic tools and technical methodologies
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Assist in customer communication and follow-up
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service optimization

Requirements xqziphu

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical environment is a plus
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
