Are you passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation and transformative education?

At UCAM ESESA Business School (Málaga, Spain), we are launching an ambitious new Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship based on the internationally acclaimed Team Academy® methodology. To lead this exciting project, we are looking for a: Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship Coordinator

This is more than an academic management role.

It is an opportunity to design meaningful learning experiences, inspire young entrepreneurs, connect with the startup ecosystem and shape a program that prepares students not only to build businesses, but also to become responsible leaders capable of making a positive impact on society.

Your Mission

As the Coordinator of the Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship, you will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the program, combining academic leadership, team coaching and student mentoring.

You will:

Facilitate team learning sessions based on the Team Academy methodology.

Guide students in the creation and development of entrepreneurial projects and team companies.

Mentor students in their academic, professional and personal journeys.

Coordinate faculty members and ensure alignment between courses, projects and learning outcomes.

Contribute to the continuous improvement and expansion of the program.

Build strong connections with entrepreneurs, startups, mentors and industry experts.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an inspiring professional who combines entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for education.

Requirements:

✔ Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

✔ Minimum 4 years of professional experience in areas such as:

• Entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems.
• Innovation or business consulting.
• Experiential learning and higher education.
• Team facilitation or coaching.

✔ Proven experience leading or facilitating teams.

✔ Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level); bilingual candidates are highly valued.

✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor and inspire students.
