What are we looking for:

The ideal employee for this position should have brilliant communication skills to help our sales team developing strategies and making the department more efficient when dealing with potential customers.

We need someone organised and analytical, but also someone able to adapt to the continuous changes that work in a Sales department implies. An out of the box thinking and results driven person.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and developing new strategies and tactics to reach the deals.
  • Collaborating with an account executive and CEO to convert your prospects into clients.
  • Nurturing deals in the sales pipeline using a variety of tools.
  • Creating email and messaging sequences to nurture target decision makers.
  • Gathering intelligence about accounts and decision makers, and building precise CRM profiles.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Communication, Public Relations or similar will be highly considered, but a different Degree will be accepted)

Languages:

  • Spanish: native or bilingual.
  • English: advanced level.
  • Italian: native.
