Solturo Solutions SL is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, US-based home care agency with a super dynamic and multicultural hub right here in beautiful Málaga!
We are currently looking for a highly organized candidate, and to join our afternoon and evening crew. In this role, you will be the direct point of contact for our US-based clients/caregivers, acting as the welcoming voice on the phone and the helpful energy behind our emails. Your main goal is to support our clients/caregivers throughout their entire journey with us, ensuring their customer experience is nothing short of exceptional from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Inbound Support: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp/Chat regarding our services.
- Care Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings, inform our caregivers how to get paperwork done, help them with the designated system, and other inquiries they may have.
- Data Integrity: Maintain strictly confidential client records.
- Conflict Resolution: Calmly handle sensitive situations or complaints, providing solutions that prioritize client well-being.
Qualifications & Skills
- Languages: Native or C1 level in English is mandatory. (Additional languages are highly valued).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in customer service, preferably within healthcare and customer support sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Google sheets, Microsoft Office CRM softwares (e.g., Hubspot, Monday)
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
