GLOBAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Process Data Analyst is responsible for supporting our biosimilar development programs through advanced data evaluation. The primary focus of this position is to apply statistical methodologies to support decision-making in biosimilar development. While the core of the role is statistical analysis, the ability to assist in data engineering and the structuring of datasets from various sources is highly desirable to ensure seamless analytical workflows.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

· Analyzing, interpreting, and displaying data to identify process variables that most significantly impact production yield and product quality attributes.

· Using statistical tools (e.g., Python, Minitab, SPSS) to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex datasets for process diagnosis and prediction.

· Performing analysis to assess the quality, meaning, and integrity of experimental data.

· Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data visualizations and dashboards.

· Participating in troubleshooting studies and root cause analysis by evaluating multi-variable correlations.

· Organizing and structuring data related to process development (CLD, Upstream, Downstream, CMC and Analytical) into readable and actionable formats.

· Providing technical support across different R&D units regarding data interpretation and statistical significance.

REQUIREMENTS AND PERSONAL SKILLS

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Biochemistry, Bioprocess Engineering, or a related field.

Languages: Fluent Spanish, working knowledge in English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.

· Experience (years/area): +1 year of relevant expertise in laboratory activities working, and +3 years of relevant expertise in statistics.

· Specific Knowledge:

o Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Minitab, SPSS, SAS to be used for analyzing datasets.

o Knowledge in developing reports and dashboards.

o Analyzing and visualizing data.

o Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R or MATLAB.

o Technical knowledge regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.

o Knowledge of selecting and applying the appropriate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions.

o Proven working experience in data analysis.

· Travels: Not required.

· Personal skills:

o High level communications skills with other departments.

o Excellent problem-solving skills as well as time management and organizational skills.

o Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.

o Ability to communicate effectively with others internally (up, down, and laterally) and externally to the organization.

o A logical and investigative mind.

o A methodical approach to work.
