As a Sales Associate at Roberto Cavalli, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales through product knowledge, styling advice, and an engaging shopping experience. You’ll support the store team in daily operations, ensure visual merchandising standards are met, and contribute to achieving store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Drive customer engagement, retention and reactivation through stellar CRM performance
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
• Support with in-store events and clienteling initiatives
• Maintain stock levels, replenish merchandise, and handle stock transfers
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, returns, and exchanges
• Follow company policies and procedures, including loss prevention
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
