Lo que vas a hacer
- Assist with the rollout of new languages and with the improvement of the current ones, this includes testing and QA on almost a daily basis

- Manage the ongoing QA process for all current Semantic Products to make sure the mentions are displaying correctly
- Develop the current backoffice dictionaries to continually improve coverage:

- Internal dictionary where we map the concepts coming from the NLP system
- The structure of concepts into which we organize the data we want to show to our clients in the tool

- Take client feedback over time and use it to solve or improve specific issues related to the Semantic Analysis product

- Report the errors you find to the product manager, this includes: wrong sentiment, wrong concept classification, bugs in the semantic pages, pick the feedback from the flagged mentions and report the issues

- Support with the new semantic provider testing and with the manual data validation before migrating our system

- Support with the tickets organization and management in Redmine (tool used to report errors and bugs amongst us)
- Support with tasks related to other ReviewPro products.
Qué ofrecemos
Salario: 500 € per month part time (to be discussed depending on the availability)
Horas de trabajo: 20h or 40h depending on the availability
Training
Qué es lo que pedimos
- University/Master
- Fluent English plus knowledge of at least one other language
- Currently studying, or previous studies of linguistics, semantic analysis, data management, product management or a related field
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Experience in a job that involved data management, organization or analysis will be considered highly favorable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
