Openstack DevOps Engineer - Relocation package offered - Not able to offer sponsorship

Join a fast-growing, privacy-focused tech startup driving innovation in data sovereignty. We’re building secure, scalable infrastructure that gives organizations complete control over their digital assets—and we’re looking for an experienced CloudOps Engineer to help us lead the charge.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain OpenStack-based infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps
• Manage Kubernetes environments (Helm, ArgoCD, Istio)
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
• Set up monitoring and logging (Datadog, Elastic Stack)
• Lead on cloud security and system hardening
• Troubleshoot complex production issues
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical decisions
• Participate in on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in CloudOps/DevOps roles
• Strong OpenStack expertise (or similar platforms)
• Proficient with IaC (Terraform), scripting (Python, Bash, Go)
• Deep Linux and networking knowledge
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Familiar with CI/CD, monitoring, and logging tools
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Self-driven and adaptable in a dynamic environment
