The role:

As a Researcher, you will be a crucial part of our sales department. The role requires a proactive approach, and you will play a key role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for gathering prospective information for our sales team for upcoming construction projects across the regions.

This is what you’ll be doing:

• Qualifying information gathered through outbound calls to contacts within the Building & Construction industry
• Updating and ensuring ongoing validity and quality of leads & projects (through recall system)
• Database management - Data entry of information accurately sourced onto the research database
• Conducting detailed and analytical Internet research to identify information.
• Data entry of information accurately sourced onto the research database.
• Maintaining existing relationships with industry contacts and sourcing/forming new.
• Ensure tasks are completed within agreed timeframes with your manager.

About you:

• Fluent in either Swedish/Danish/Norwegian/Finnish
• Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability and confidence to identify and implement areas of improvement
• Good and confident telephone manner and investigative instincts are essential
• Experience of working within the Construction and/or Retail Industries would be an advantage but not essential
• Fluency in English desired, but not essential
