MST HOLDING has been a European leader in Call Center Services since 1992. The holding is made up of 10 specialised companies providing inbound and outbound calls services. We have contact centres in both Barcelona and Madrid, with more than 600 employees from all over Europe.

As a helpdesk your main tasks will be:

  • Inbound and outbound calls in relation with IT customer support.
  • Contact the final customers through email.
  • Manage all incoming incidents in relation with the costumer product.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native level of one or more of the following languages: French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese.
  • Native or high level of English.
  • Previous experience as a helpdesk or customer service, in relation with IT preferable.
