• Automation of regression and other functional tests of Web/API applications
• Maintaining of existing test automation frameworks
• Test case adjustments for automated testing needs
• Test data and test environment preparations
• Making conclusion and reporting about stability of the product under test
• Collaboration with development teams

Technical Knowledge

• Experience in Integration testing with Springboot application
• Experience on Java8 and above versions and Maven
• Experience on different IDEs like Intellij, Eclipse and Visual Studio
• Knowledge on REST Assured Web services, Cucumber (BDD Framework), Wiremock, Junit, TestNG for API testing of Springboot application
• Good knowledge on executing and debugging the automated tests in any framework
• Good knowledge on Data Driven and Hybrid automation frameworks
• For frontend testing: Multiple browser testing (Firefox, chrome and Edge) of Angular Application
• Sound knowledge on Gitlab, Docker containers. Kubernetes is a plus
• Knowledge on Cypress, Selenium, Protractor and Apache Jmeter is a plus
• Good knowledge on DBA Tools like PostgreSQL, basic SQL
• For API Testing: Postman, SoapUI is a must
• Defect Tracking tools like JIRA

Functional Knowledge

• Understanding of business requirements and respective use cases
• E2E testing with the system team
• Knowledge on diff types of test environments
• Creating and maintaining test scenarios, test data and test results
• Analysis of test reports
• Smoke and Regression testing
• Have Agile mindset, experience to work in International team environment and good communication skills

• Experience with mobile automation, cloud device farms
• Knowledge of other programming languages would be a great plus
• Integration of GDPR principles in automated testing

• Self-motivated to continually learn and adopt the latest industry innovations and technology
• Self-disciplined and result-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
