Main tasks and duties
1. Provide ongoing operational support to the Team Leader and lead specific initiatives/tasks within the scope of projects (e.g. opportunity assessments, stakeholder presentations, etc.
2. Actively participate in the lean innovation programme by:
Coordinating agile ceremonies (daily stand ups, sprint planning, demos, retros)
Tracking and maintaining project progress in suitable tools (e.g. Trello, JIRA)
Running and/or supporting ideation and team working sessions
Leading and/or supporting lean experiments and customer research activities
3. Ensure effective communications with other project teams and ensure risks and dependencies are identified, tracked and managed.
Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities
Continually seek to optimize processes and rituals to drive team efficiency and value delivery.
Requirements
Recently completed an Undergraduate degree in business administration or related field or currently enrolled in a Master degree in a business or technical field
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and complex matrix environment
Being comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrating an opportunistic mindset
Experience and/or strong interest in agile methodologies and lean innovation
Capacity for self-organization and working collaboratively in a team
Fluent command of English, spoken and written, is a must
Experience working with G Suite applications required
Experience working with tools like Miro and Trello would be beneficial
