Senior UX Designer for Ciklum (Lottoland) en Málaga

On behalf of Lottoland, Ciklum is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join the Málaga team on a full-time basis.

The User Experience Designer will be primarily supporting our team of UX designers, pairing with them and helping out where there is additional workload, but also supporting some areas of the business where UX resource is limited, which includes different problem spaces (domains), our Commercial teams and our Marketing teams (Real Time Marketing, Acquisition and Retention).

They will work closely with others to provide UX support, some who are less familiar with what we do and how we can help. They will be helping us all to focus on key problems, supporting with prioritising those issues with data and working collaboratively (all while taking into consideration technical limitations, resources etc).

• Work collaboratively with our UX designers to help out where resource is thin
• Contribute to the design system adding documentation on usage and behaviour
• Present back to the team design projects and key changes to journeys
• Audit and document any changes, working directly with development teams to ensure they have what they need to create web components
• Be the voice of our customer, help us bring our toolset and thinking to them
• Designing and mapping out key customer journeys on site to meet our core company goals
• Taking a problem solution mapping approach to come up with measurable experiments
• Working closely with our user researchers to ensure user testing is part of our day to day
• Be the key contact for our commercial and marketing teams and represent the UX department

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building
• Ability to take feedback and back up your designs with data
• Creating and mapping out user journeys
• Experience in design documentation such as usage guidelines and behaviour
• Ability to collaborate, listen and debate with designers, developers and stakeholders alike
• Fluent in English

• Knowledge of organisational tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Visual design skills
• Experience in conducting remote user testing
• Awareness of design methodologies and agile practices
