On behalf of Dacadoo, Ciklum is looking for a Senior Professional Services (Project Manager) to join the Málaga team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- IT Project design, initiation, planning and execution
- Responsible for technical, personnel and organizational leadership of the projects
- Analyze business needs to design effective and appropriate e-business solution
- Write complete business requirements and functional specifications to address customer needs
- Important link between customer and development teams
- Hands-on execution of technical set up tasks
- Responsible for quality of the delivered solution
- Customer support in the introduction phase of new projects
- Technical contact person for potential and existing corporate customers

Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or similar preferably with IT/Software/Technical background
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Project management certification is a plus
- Experience in requirement engineering and proven analytical skills
- Customer-focused and service-based thinking
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, follow-up, time management and administration skills
- Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of flexibility, able to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Familiarity with agile techniques
- Fluent in English, further languages would be advantageous
- Willingness to travel
