Working closely with clients, our Operations professionals run business processes on behalf of clients – either for specific functions, such as finance & accounting, procurement or marketing, or for specific industries, such as banking, insurance or health care.

We are currently looking for Service Delivery Lead in our Oviedo office.


Principals Tasks:

  • Financial control of the deal, guaranteeing compliance and profitability of the Deal.
  • Customer relationship
  • Participation in the Management Committee
  • New Services and needs
  • Management, coordination and supervision of the team
  • Ensure project compliance Risk issues, GDPR, ect
  • Collaborate on the transformation plan towards Smart operations



  • Bachelor of ‘Business Administration and Management’ or Engineering Bachelor
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the back office call center sector or outsourcing services. KPI indicators, work with scorecards. Risk control and data protection
  • High level English (spoken and written)
  • Flexible, multitasks
  • Team management
  • Ability to speak at different levels
