Online Advertising Trainee en Madrid

Gasmobi is an online performance-based marketing agency. We specialize on the promotion of nutraceutical, e-commerce, and lead generation online campaigns worldwide. We connect advertisers, who are looking to generate more sales online on their products, together with publishers (such as website owners and media buyers) who are able to generate online traffic and sales for those advertisers.

Lo que vas a hacer

We are looking for a motivated Trainee to support the Account Director directly on the advertiser management side of the business. You will be working with her directly and learning everything about the business while managing smaller advertisers yourself on a daily basis, and growing your portfolio of clients. You will be creating campaigns on our in-house developed marketplace and updating them on a regular basis. You will be in communication with your portfolio of advertisers and making sure the campaigns are updated and the pricing of campaigns is accurate. You will be informing the publishing team of any new launches and analyzing performance of existing campaigns. You will be generating reports and be in charge of the best possible ROI% from the advertiser campaigns that you will manage.

YOU ARE:

  • Excellent communicator with sharp negotiation skills (especially written).
  • Highly precise and able to analyze large amounts of numerical data.
  • Self-organized and able to multi-task while prioritizing your workload.
  • Interested and curious to learn and grow your career in the online marketing field long-term.
  • With a basic understanding of online marketing terms (CPL, CPA, CPI, CR%, CTR%, ECPM).
  • Fluent in English, if you speak other languages that is a bonus.
