Ciklum is looking for a motivated and proactive Sourcing Consultant to join Málaga team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Internet recruiting;
- Sourcing potential candidates by utilizing job boards, internal database, advertising and other resources;
- Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates;
- Initial contact with candidates;
- Market research.

Requirements
- You have at least a half a year of experience in a similar position in an IT company;
- You a fluent in English and Spanish;
- You are a self-driven and proactive person;
- You are passionate about recruitment.
