Expected activities:
HR activities with an international scope, being involved in different HR processes as:
- On boarding of new employees / internships
- Support new employees providing HR information on processes and tools
- Follow up of new hires and internships
- Support Line Managers on the processes and tools (Success Factors)
- HR analytics and reporting optimization
- Follow up of externals, providing guidelines to line managers
- General support to process, org structure & actions dealing with the HR management
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration. Master in HR is a plus.
- Curiosity and a high level of orientation to continuous learning.

- Innovation and a focus on renewal and change.
- Passion for achieving results with a high level of commitment
During practice, you will become a member of a high performing international team of professionals from HR and IT, and you will have the opportunity to work and practice your knowledge and skills in a dynamical company.
Terms & Conditions:
- Salary 960 € / month
