The Field Marketing Manager is the responsible of the definition and construction of the regional marketing plans of his area. Based on the Red Bull marketing mix strategy ensuring and supervising the alignment with the sales departments and the different national specialists in Culture, Sports , Media Networks and Brand maintaining the correct Bottom Up and Top Down process. The Field Marketing Manager must give support to the Field Marketing Specialist in their professional development coaching them in their daily tasks as an Area Marketing Manager.
Manage and develop the team with the Red Bull philosophy. Coaching his reports to ensure the correct development of their careers and giving them support in the same way to develop the Student Marketeers.
Ensure that the FMS are developing the correct regional strategies align with the Global and National strategies through the Red Bull Marketing Mix align with the regional Sales Managers.
Maintain the correct work flow with the Top Down & Bottom Up process.
Be able to draw the big picture of the area to create a strong insight for the FMS and Sales Departments, and on the other hand be able to build the correct Bottom Up for National Specialists.
In terms of Top Dow, the FMM have to "land" the national & global insights in each area.
Ensure with the Consumer Collecting Manager the correct manage of the Student Marketeers as the main Talent source of the company and of course, the development of the FMSs.
3+ years of experience in leading events & marketing activities.
Experience in managing people and teams.
