IT Hub Barcelona - Communication & Training Internship

During the work placement you will become a member of a high performing international team of professionals from HR and Digital, and you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge, skills and English in a dynamic company. 

Support the Training and Communication strategy for multiple teams through: 

• Assistance with the preparation and running of training courses and workshops, such as the Digital Bootcamp, monthly onboarding programme and Agile Awareness, as well as other events from start to finish 
• Ensure all training is captured in the training platform, extraction of reports and follow up of mandatory training 
• Help to run the regular “All Hands” communication meetings 
• Assist with the maintenance and updating of SharePoint and intranet sites 
• Support to new and existing employees helping them to find information in our different communication channels 
• General support to the Communication and Training function 
• Contribute with fresh ideas, enthusiasm and creativity 

Terms & Conditions: 

• Scholarship 790 € per month 
• Grant canteen

Period of internship: 

• 6 months starting beginning of September 2019 
• Full time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm)

• Degree in Communication, HR, Pedagogy or similar 
• Proven project/event management skills 
• Good communication skills 
• Analytical with strong digital skills and the use of tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Photoshop, Web design 
• Curious and creative 
• High level of spoken English
