Main purpose of the Position
During practice you will become a member of a team of professionals managing Nestlé’s Digital Project portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work and practice your knowledge and skills, working alongside experienced Project and Portfolio Managers, gaining experience in how new technologies are used within the largest FMCG company.
Position Snapshot
Work together with the PMO Team to create and track the Digital Service Unit’s portfolio.
Participate to the definition, implementation, diffusion and tracking of Project Management processes and templates (Scope, risks, financial, schedule..).
Contribute to the creation of dashboards for management: operational and financial, based on your analyses and scenarios.
Participate to the definition and setup of KPI, perform root cause analysis, look for way to continuously improve the portfolio indicators.
Desire profile
Business studies or MBA, with strong interest in Project Management, especially PMI.
Knowledge of new technologies, terminologies and concepts (IOT, mobile apps, Augmented Realities, Chat Bots…).
Knowledge and understanding of financial concepts, budgets, Portfolio Management.
Ability to analyze, perform root cause analysis using Excel or reporting tools.
Good communicator with ability to synthesize, summarize and package a good idea clearly and coherently
Position Summary
Terms & Conditions:
• Scholarship 790 € per month

• 6 months starting early April 2019
• Full time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm)
