Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the EMEA MB Marketing Team, this position is responsible for building and executing the EMEA Medium Business Sales Enablement Marketing Plan in collaboration with the Central and Regional Marketing teams:

  • Develop and drive the EMEA Medium Business Sales Enablement programs translating business priorities into marketing objectives.
  • Interact with subject matter experts in gathering key content to include within materials.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics of marketing campaigns and set up plans to improve performance.Support Medium Business marketing pipeline generation.
  • Conduct market opportunity analysis, and participate in development of communication strategy
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, ie Product Group, Global Marketing, EMEA Central & Regional Marketing, EMEA CoC, EMEA Vendor Funding.
  • Shares ‘best practices’ by taking ideas from a region and determining which ones can be leveraged for EMEA taking into account differences in regional resources and market conditions
  • Budget management: ensure marketing activities are in budget and vendor funding is optimized


Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience on Sales Enablement including conversation openers, floor animation, focus weeks, outbound plays, gamification and incentive programs. Preferable in high-tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of IT market dynamics
  • Good overview of Dell EMC solution portfolio
  • Experience in working with agencies
  • Project management and organizational agility
  • Drive for results
  • Fluency in English
