We are looking for a qualified and passionate Night Auditor to join Casa Cook Ibiza!

Start date: 1st July 2019

seasonal contract till October 2019

In this role you will look after our guests at reception from the arrival through departure. As Night Auditor you will work night shifts taking care of our guests and assist in processing the end of day or the night audit including administrative work related to the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms (Check in/ Check out)
• Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available in the community and respond to guests' complaints
• Running Night Audit closure procedures
• Process all payment types such as room charges, cash checks, debit or credit
• Process requests for wake up calls and advise guest of any messages
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to Head of Departments

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar night auditor role
• Ability to provide superior guest Service in a fast paced environment
• High level of customer service orientation
• Good level of English
• MS Office skills in Excel, Word
• Adaptable to change and be able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Eager and focused to exceed guest expectations

Preferred:

• Professional qualification within hotel industry or tourism
