Chef de Rang / Waiter 

Casa Cook Ibiza

In this role you will be providing high quality service within the food and beverage offerings at Casa Cook Ibiza. Casa Cook is Thomas Cook’s newest breed of hotels designed to cater for trend-conscious travelers who seek a laid-back and authentic holiday experience. Casa Cook provides a home away from home, with an individual design that creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere. You would be serving food & drinks to the guests, giving information about the products available as well as providing recommendations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be conscious of the environment and keep breakages, loss and waste to a minimum 
• Maintain compliance with HACCP and local health code regulations in all bar and food areas
• Compliance with all cleaning requirements
• Provide an excellent and high standard of service of drinks & food in the hotel´s bar & restaurants
• Take a customer centric approach, know the product and be able to provide recommendations 
• Support the execution of extra services such as VIP treatments and in room dining 
• Participate in daily operations meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualification or expereince 
• Product knowledge about wines, beverages and food would be beneficial 
• Experienced in à la carte service would be beneficial 
• International experience in the hotel or similar industry would be beneficial 
• English language skills are required 
• Strong communication skills and a customer oriented approach
