Commis De Rang 

Start date: as soon as possible

seasonal contract till October 2019

Providing high-quality service within the restaurant outlets in compliance with Thomas Cook company standards, budget and health code regulations. Serving food & drinks to the guests, giving information about the food and beverage products as well as recommendations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• General maintenance - Including Restaurant and kitchen areas  
• Provide a proper service of drinks & food in the hotel´s restaurant outlets
• Proper customer approach (giving recommendations & information about the Food and Beverage offer) and adequate guest service
• Participate in daily operational meetings in the food and beverage departments
• Execution of Food and Beverage services (In Room Dining, VIP Treatments, .. .)

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in restaurant service
• Basic product knowledge
• Language skills both local and English
• Communication skills, customer-oriented thinking
• Ability to work in a team
