Execution of cleaning procedures in all gastronomic back of house areas & food service areas in compliance with company standards & Health and Safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proper use & treatment of all cleaning materials/cleaning agents, supplies
• Assistance with incoming goods (storing food & supplies according to H&S regulations)
• Taking care of the cleanliness in all kitchen/food service areas as well as the receiving, storage & garbage areas.
• Participate in kitchen meetings & briefings
• Close cooperation with other hotel departments/head of departments

REQUIREMENTS

• First experience in a similar position
• Language skills Local
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of local sanitation rules, HACCP and H&S management
