| JOB DESCRIPTION / DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA POSICIÓN VACANTE AREA DESCRIPTION / DESCRIPCIÓN DEL ÁREA In the area of network implementation, we focus on managing, coordinating and executing implementation projects linked to the growth and adaptation of Telefónica's international data network, in which it is essential to meet the deadlines, quality of service and costs of our customers. We operate in 117 POPs distributed in 41 countries around the world and in a cutting-edge environment that allows us to handle global and concrete implementations of SDN, M2M, IA in a fullstack and machine learning enviroment. MISSION / MISIÓN Manage and execute the growth and adequation projects of the international data network, as well as all the automation projects of network implemantation leded by the area. The network deployment automation projects led by the area allow to attend in scale, time and form the correct execution of the data network growth and adequation projects. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES / PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES • To execute and coordinate the data network implementation projects as well as related deployment automation projects; • Coordinate all the suppliers, as well as all the other company areas involved in the implementation process, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the established objectives; • To promote and implement the necessary adaptability to the data network projects and to the correlated implementation processes automation, in an ever changing environment; • To monitor and guarantee the budget execution of OPEX and CAPEX related to the projects managed; • To specify, launch and track the purchase requests needed in each implementation project; • Supervision of the KPIs that mark the deadlines and the quality commitments for the demanded projects; • Report to the management the work and project progress and its compliance with milestones related to demanded projects goals NATURE OF PROBLEMS & CHALLENGES / NATURALEZA DE PROBLEMAS Y RETOS • management of deadlines and expectations in a highly demanding environment for quick and accurate response • integration and implementation of different areas of technical knowledge • management of outsourced work teams located in different countries and timezone • management of several suppliers spread across the American and European continent CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS / REQUISITOS PARA EL CANDIDATO EDUCATION REQUIRED / FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA REQUERIDA • Superior in telecommunications or computing Engineering SPECIFIC SKILLS / HABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS • Collaboration (Ability to work as a team) • Results Orientation (Organization of work, timely fulfillment of commitments and autonomy) • Customer oriented • Organized, analytical and creative • Good oral and written communication • Self-motivated and self-taught TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICO Knowledge in: • data network architecture • project management • Microsoft Office tools • system integration and • programing language like Python, Java, PHP or Ruby is desirable PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL Have been previously working in a data network project implementation or in a data network software implementation project is highly valued.
