Traffic & Conversion Specialist en Las Rozas

As a Traffic and Conversion Specialist, you will define and drive coop marketing campaigns, evaluate return on advertising spend across touch-points and impact on incremental business.

You will work across HP functions, with the key retailers in the region (Dixons, Amazon, HP Store…) and with strategic advertising partners such as Google, YouTube, Microsoft or Facebook.

You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the full suite of performance marketing channels with a key focus on paid search, organic search, affiliate, paid social, onsite ads and display.

This is a key position for a data-driven marketing professional, willing to expand his scope and work on cutting-edge e-commerce analytics topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize on-site and email re-marketing campaigns by working with behavioral marketing partners.
  • Manage and optimize outcome of co-op marketing campaigns with retailers
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose action plans
  • Extensive use of data-based marketing tools to create, update and present meaningful reports
  • Utilize appropriate performance marketing channels to drive quality converting traffic to the sites.
  • Analyse performance metrics and assist with optimizing campaigns to achieve agreed KPIs & ROAS targets.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills, analytical, organizational, problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Experience managing Search Marketing campaigns
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and visual manner
  • Extensive knowledge of Google 360 Suite
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Adwords, DCM, YouTube, Facebook Ads
  • Detail oriented
  • 3 to 5 years experience in performance marketing (retailer or agency).

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science.
  • Expertise and knowledge in the online space (web, email, search, database marketing, chat marketing, podcasting, blogging, privacy, e-business, etc), including trends and technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in interactive marketing or customer experience/user interface.
  • Spanish language native level required. High English proficiency.
