As our clients increasingly need Real World Evidence to support their decisions, IQVIA is hiring a new Associate Project manager to face the growing “book-of-work” related to post-marketing studies.
This person will work closely with one of our main clients leading the execution of Observational (NIS) and/or Externally Sponsored studies, meeting quality and timeline metrics. This tole is Office-based in Madrid.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Support in the Feasibility evaluations of the studies.
  • Develop, implement and maintain the projects strategy and delivery of the studies, providing advice and guidance to achieve high performance and quality.
  • Help with the preparation and management of study documentation (SDC, protocol, informed consent, D-code request, templates, references, presentations)
  • Participation in follow-up activities with External sponsors team and investigators on a day-to-day basis
  • Support with the preparation of mid- and long-term Evidence Generation Plans, through the provision of data related to studies.
  • Contribution to non-study Evidence Generation projects: interaction with vendors, investigators and institutions, preparation of documentation, calendars, metrics, general project management, etc.
  • Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestone achievement and to manage study issues and obstacles.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure on time, high quality delivery of project tasks/responsibilities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Life sciences educational background
  • 2 years of experience involved in RWE projects with deep knowledge of monitoring processes, documentation, GCP standards…
  • Project Management or lead experience would be an advantage
  • Based in Madrid
