EU Associate Attraction and Marketing Manager (m/f)

As an EU Associate Attraction and Marketing Manager, you will create and support the team in improving marketing strategies to attract new hourly associates across Europe.
You will also create media advertisement (e.g. logos, leaflets, content, etc.) which can be used for online and offline media channels.
Additionally you will support especially on the reporting, media dashboard and validation topics, as we are a data-driven company.

· Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, HR or equivalent
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Experienced Manager 5(+) years and a team of 3(+) direct reports and budget responsibility
· Experienced in online advertisement such as SEO, SEA and SEM or/and in traditional media channels with at least 5 years
· Experiences in media buying (digital/offline/traditional media channels)
· A good understanding of recruiting as well as the ability to build a large database
· Passionate advocate for candidate experience; the candidate constantly thinks about how to improve the experience for candidates within a high-volume hiring environment
· Strong command and understanding of data, analytics, reporting
· Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to internal and external stakeholders as well as with various internal stakeholders like Finance, PR, HR and Recruiting
· Managing various external suppliers (e.g. media agencies)
· Expert knowledge in the common Microsoft Office programs as well as knowledge of Adobe Creative cloud and dealing with SharePoint and data storage tools
· Working in a multilingual team with English as the main language for daily communication Willingness to travel across Europe

· Experiences in Recruiting or Human Resources
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (Acrobat Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
· Experienced in project management
· Ability to identify process weaknesses and suggest improvements, strong bias for action
· Discretion when dealing with confidential data
· Solution oriented, data driven and proactive
