Activation Product Manager - Network Tokenization

Area description

In the Network Tokenitazion area we are helping to evolve the AURA experience in Telefonica for our residential customers. We are defining, developing and launching a new approach to enrich and to empower our customers with their own value in our network and services.

Mission

Work close to the Network Tokenitazion Product Owner to evolve the product in the OB, making understable and feasible the commercial launch. To create and to complete the initiative with Obs requirements within our commercial, development and UX teams

Main responsibilities

Mandatory:

• Define launching plans working close to the OBs (product local management areas), to accelerate the launching and enable the global and local requirements. 
• Support to product development, assuring the resources needed to P&S integration in OB (contractual and data framework, techs requirements, operational, billing and token points, documentation, training)
• Investigation of user cases with real customers and following research to improve the UX experience and the interface requirements, like loyalty or incentives customer programs.
• Communicate Network Tokenization value proposition through different channels and internal areas: newsletters, webinars, demos... 

Support:

• Documentation definition and update and materials needs to communicate the product: concept document, service manual, commercial and operational procedures, user guides and contractual annexes.
• Engagement with other Digital Verticals in Telefonica. 
• Provide local information about strategy, portfolio, priorities, etc, from residential services, helping to generate the better fit in the local and global AURA portfolio.
• Evolve business plans and make it happen with the persons in charge in the OBs (Telefonica local marketing areas), including cost models, pricing strategy and competence analysis.
• Deep Knowledge about Network Tokenitazion concepts provide by the product owner, helping to design and to implement the better user practice and experience for the global design based on the real demand.

Education required

Licentiate Degree
Technical, Economic or Marketing Degree.
Proved experience in positions like Product Management, Marketing Area or P&S development.
Proved experience in global enterprises, with participation in complex projects involving in different technologies, service providers and international teams.
To be valuated, experience inside Telefónica group or other global organization in the group.

Skills & mindset required

• Must be able to communicate effectively and convincingly influencing to achieve results.
• Must be able to build relationships across the OBs to ease proyects and go-to-market of Residential services. 
• Must be able to understand and to implement with UX team the user experience necessities 
• Must be able to mediate in complex conflict situations and drive others towards results.

Technical Knowledge

• User experience services using mobile apps.
• Database basic knowledge and regulation impact.
• It will be appreciated to have data management knowledge and experience in regulation and blockchain projects. 
• Advanced with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Desirable other tools like collaboration and sharing Tools
• Knowledge of the telecom market
