The Iberia Consumer Category Manager - Graduate manages all the Iberia Consumer category business fundamentals reporting as well as the communication to support Consumer Sales reps on their daily activities.

Specific task like the OPGs both for new products ordering as well as for the Sell Out incentives will be managed by this Graduate, as well as some business initiatives like the Distribution unattended sales and the Aging Products SO program.

An additional task of this role is supporting the consumer marketing plan from Category, supporting customer & partners presentations, supervising the marketing communications and helping in marketing events.

The responsibilities will be the same for Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• Iberia Consumer business metrics control & reporting
• Consumer Products distribution unattended sales management (Portfolio, Pricing and Order intake)
• Aging Consumer Products sales management pricing & OPGs
• Hybrid Resellers consumer portfolio SI/SO management (Competitiveness, line up, SI/SO tracking)
• Consumer Category engagement and support to marketing activities.
• Consumer Category operational support to other functions (I.e. Operations, Finance or Sales)
• Reporting support to HP alliance partners (Nvidia, Intel, AMD and Microsoft)

Education and Experience Required:

• University or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or Finance.
• Typically, 1-3 years of professional experience with a combination of Category, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.
• Basic understanding of the consumer computing products, included technologies, applications and components.
• Basic understanding of the Retail/Consumer market, including market, sizing, customer and retailer profiles.
• Spanish proficiency required. Portuguese language skills would be a plus.
• English proficiency required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• IT industry knowledge.
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.
• Microsoft office advanced user
• Strong teamwork skills to work in multidisciplinary teams
