H&M Spain is Calling you Senior Payroll Officer!
You will be a business partner to the organization participating actively with ideas to enhance the customer experience. Responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensures all employees are paid in accordance to local laws and the Company established processing guidelines.
• Ensures that all the personal administration tasks are done in an effective and efficient way in order to ensure our employees satisfaction
• You are the contact for situation arising concerning payroll, fiscal and social insurance matters.

In order to be successful in the role we believe you have:
• More than 5 years of experience being responsible of all the pay slip process, hiring process and the rest of essential processes of the role, guaranteeing that we are doing it efficiently and within the current law, collective agreements as well as company policies and internal procedures. This experience should be in an outsourcing company, multinational payroll department or agency with a large volume of employees.
• Labor relations or Work Science degree is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Excellent in Microsoft office
