Job Description – Launch Learning Program Specialist


We are currently seeking a Launch Learning Program Specialist (m/f) to support projects through Europe to ensure the learning needs of our Associates and Managers. This person will support that effective, standardized training and learning programs are in place to help our Associates’ and Manager’s onboarding and development as they join and progress within Amazon Operations in Europe.

These role is based at Amazon’s Fulfillment Center near Barcelona, or in Luxembourg and will require approximately 50% travel within Europe.

Reporting to EU CF Learning Project Manager


Key Responsibilities:

· Support launch learning programs execution
· Support execution of detail training plans pre-Launch
· Support execution of detail training plans post-Launch
· Consolidate & up-date training plans for EU
· Build automated Launch Learning reporting tools
· Consolidate all launch learning metrics
· Analyze all launch learning metrics
· Report on Launch Learning program execution
· Manage launch learning projects
· Partner with Operations leaders and support functions to continuously strive for the best environment for our Associates and Managers to learn and develop

· Learning Management experience within a Distribution, Manufacturing/Production or similar industry environment.
· Experience in carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Design, Delivery, Evaluation
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in native language and English
· Can drive understanding (i.e., using visual aids, able to recognize when a group or individual is lost and needs more attention).
· Experience using computers to develop materials, presentations and use of email and knowledge of internet/intranet.
· Result-driven attitude and highly developed leadership ability.
· Experience of implementing a wide range of change management and process improvement activities, based on broader organizational goals.

· Experience supporting and delivering learning and development programs with multiple target groups across multiple locations
· Knowledge of additional EU language would be an advantage.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills – must display patience, strong customer service skills and helpfulness at all times.
· Good judgment, self-empowered and autonomous.
· Ability to demonstrate working well in a team environment remotely and at an advisory level.
· Computer knowledge, advanced excel skills
· Project Management skills
· Experience in launching buildings
