Lo que vas a hacer

• Support the person responsible for a well-functioning flow of information concerning our inland roundtrips in Regions Europe between our clients and subcontractors with main focus on our German subcontractor base
• Forward all required data about status of transporters to colleagues responsible for the allocation of new loads in order to achieve a reduction of empty running and standstill of trucks
• Assist in sale of cargos within Europe
• Support and attend to the subcontractors in case of enquiries, obstacles and questions (in German)
• Prepare transport orders including all required data such as places of loading and unloading, prices and vehicle identification numbers of the vehicles to be loaded
• Entering data of transports into logistics software (Soloplan CarLo) with the purpose of providing all required information to the clients and subcontractors
• Responsible in sharing information with other departments or regions
