We want to reinforce our team with marketing capabilities to ensure that our product and services are aligned with our vision and strategy. This imply understand employee thoughts, work closely with HR product teams and position them consequently internal and externally to maximize impact and value.

 

What you will do:

- Develop and implement the People Area branding & positioning strategy to improve the impact of HR portfolio in the different stakeholders, both internal (employees, business, OBs, etc.) and external (summits, forums, etc.)

- Participate in different HR teams/squads to ensure marketing insights are presents from the inception to design and implementation of each HR product and service

- Create communication-related project plans for HR strategic initiatives and help coordinate and support communication roll-outs in OBs

- Manage multiple content streams and ensure clear, consistent and frequent feed to the current or future channels, with special focus on Workplace and #SomosTelefonica

- Work closely with Internal Communication, PR and Brand to bring People Area agenda to life

- Define framework and deliver the People Area internal and external speech and the appropriate positioning to enhance employer branding, engagement and motivation.

- Ensure the voice of our People Principles and Behaviours and our desired vision and culture are reflected in our positioning and in all communications in a balanced and relevant manner.

- Unveil employee insights from internal and external digital platforms and propose actions or initiatives to the different HR leaders

- Support and coach HR teams to define and standardize communication toolkits for the HR portfolio

- Support the HR leaders in strategic presentations and scripts, delivering specific content as required

- Identify ways to measure the effectiveness of HR communication and positioning efforts                                                                                                                        

- Define positioning  in specific HR forums
