We are looking for a Revenue Trainee to join our Commercial team. This internship is ideal for students who are passionate about hospitality, data analysis, and learning how strategic pricing supports the performance of a luxury hotel.

As part of our team, you will support market analysis, revenue optimization, and the accurate management of pricing across all distribution channels. You will learn directly from our Revenue team in an international and professional environment.

What You'll Do

As a Revenue Trainee, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist in generating and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and positioning through competitive set analysis.
• Perform daily rate parity checks across different distribution channels, including online travel agencies and the hotel's official website, to ensure consistency.
• Support the Revenue Manager with inventory management, rate loading, and system updates.
• Assist in tracking historical data and preparing demand forecasts.
• Help maintain and optimize the Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS).
• Participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings and assist with administrative tasks to support the Commercial team.

• You are currently studying Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field and are able to sign an internship agreement.
• You are fluent in Spanish; English is highly valued.
• You are highly organized, analytical, and strategically minded.
• You are comfortable working with numbers and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• You are available for an internship of at least 5 months.
• You are eligible to complete an internship in Spain or within the European Union.
