The Key Responsibilities In Our Team Are

·         Build our business in the Spanish Banking industry through deep Financial Services skills around operating models, process reengineering, improving cost efficiency and development of new business initiatives

·         Be the go-to person for expertise on industry matters and the delivery of key client projects across the Customer Insight & Growth landscape

Requirements

·         More than 2 years of relevant, hands-on experience in digital transformation either in a consulting role or as part of a leading company in the industry

·         Experience working on digital strategy, channel organizational (re-)design, and/or process reengineering projects

·         Knowledgeable on digital trends and key topics such as: omni-channel, customer analytics, digital technologies, customer experience, digital marketing, mobile, etc.

·         Experience on Design thinking and AGILE methodologies will be valued

·         Ability to estimate and sell work

·         Only candidates with University Degree and high level of English will be processed.
