· - Accenture is looking for Credit Consultants, with deep knowledge on consumer loans / consumer lending, specialized financing / leasing / renting, stock finance / floor planning, revolving, dealers / merchant financing, for Iberian clients based in Madrid.
· - We are looking for professionals from 3 years’ experience to any given seniority, although the final category will be discussed during the interviews.

Basic Qualifications:
· Management Consulting skills from Business and Operating Model creation based on value chain, process reengineering, development / definition of products or services, and functional architecture solving.
· Expertise on Banking sector, specifically in Credit silo.
· Functional knowledge of Credit solutions
· Fluent in Spanish and English.
· Ability to transform business requirements into solutions.
· Ability to work creatively in a context of problems solving.
· Ability to interact with the client.
Preferred Skills:
· Good written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results.
· Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture’s business in the Credit practice.

What kind of projects have we done?
· Global Consumer Finance; definition of the strategy of a financial institution for the expansion of its Consumer Finance unit across Latam, analyzing the particularities of each country and adjusting the global product proposition across consumer segments and target merchants.
· Auto Marketplace: design and creation of a new innovative application for exchanging used or stock cars between manufacturers / dealers and individuals, focused primarily on monthly rental with full service services giving an alternative for ownership models.
· Launch of a new consumer finance brand in the Spanish market: design of the operational model from the value chain, process design, functional requirements and functional fit to the technological solutions inside the platform.
