Accenture Strategy professionals help our clients with their most pressing C-suite issues, such as growth and innovation, industry convergence, geographic expansion, global operating models, digital policies, sustainable cost management and enterprise transformation. Our Strategy professionals work closely with clients to define and implement business strategies enabled by technology, in an industry-specific context. Our services span strategy through execution, with the goal of helping clients identify and build the capabilities they need to differentiate and win in the marketplace.

For its CFO & Enterprise Value area, Accenture Strategy looks for its office in Madrid Manager with strong finance strategy & execution background, with excellent English, to participate in projects related to:

- Digitally enabled operating models

- Efficiency and organizational restructuring programs

- Finance Transformation

- Enterprise data and analytics strategy

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with:
·       6-7 years of relevant, hands-on experience either in strategy consulting or in an advisory role for complex organizations
·       Proven experience in ideating and shaping transformational initiatives within the Finance function and company-wide (cross-functional)
·       Good understanding of value creation fundamentals, financial modelling and business case preparation

·       Solid background in the Finance area strategy, operations, technology and organizational enablement
·       Ability to interact with CFOs and other Finance executives with strong interaction with CFOs and other Finance executives

Preferred Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results.

Advanced user level in data visualization tools (PowerBI®, Tableau®,…) and other applications that support data driven consulting (FileMaker®, MS-Excel or Access®,…).

Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture’s business supporting CFOs drive company-wide transformation and value creation.

People development and team building skills. Origination capacities as regards to potential clients will be considered a value-added competitive advantage of the candidate.
