• The Operations Trainee will perform a variety of operational and administrative support tasks within the Operations & Support Team activities related with SDN/vDC/Cloud areas. • This role will be based on supporting the needs and incidences of NEC Cloud Competence Center’s production systems and customers’, and also accompanying the development of the projects being implemented, working together with suppliers and internal customers. • This role requires professional and exceptional interpersonal skills, flexibility, project coordination skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Lo que vas a hacer
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving incidents working with L2
Support Team. - Managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the
team SLA commitments are met. - Handling field technical support inquiries from customers,
priming both, proactive and reactive customer engagements. - Ensuring that customer issues are resolved as expediently as
possible, talking to clients and suppliers to determine the nature of any
problems they encounter - Engaging in outside-the-box thinking to provide high
value-of-service to clients. - Improving NEC's customer support experience, by proposing,
driving, and implementing initiatives within the support organization to
maximize the customer support experience. - Being actively involved in and contributing regularly to the new
products concept creation and expansion. - Participating in a small, experienced, energetic team on a
rapid, agile delivery schedule. - Working closely with OPS roles and other departments to ensure
quality products with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure
timely completion of deliverables. - Gathering and analyzeing information and data related to incidences and other Department's KPIs from a wide variety of sources in order to pipeline and prepare reports.
- Completing analysis and present periodic reviews of Operational/Support
performance. - Providing detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics,
detailed prelaunch planning. - Keeping well-organized files and records of operations workflow processes.
- Handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity
and confidentiality.
