Lo que vas a hacer
Key Responsibilities:
- Download daily inward confirmations from the bank for all currencies
- Prepare daily Novalnet spreadsheets for all currencies
- Daily processing of invoices relating to the Novalnet spreadsheets
- Daily processing of incoming payments to Briox (accounting system)
- Preparation of customer invoices when required
- Reconciliation of customer ledger/s & follow up unpaid invoices
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Registering and processing of Novalnet refunds
- Undertake general administration tasks as reasonably requested
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Liaise with subsidiaries external parties
- Bank reconciliations

Qué es lo que pedimos
- Mínimo estudios universitarios requeridos
- An excellent communicator, spoken and written, in English, any other language is a big plus
- Near to complete, tertiary qualifications in Finance and/or Accounting
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent time management skills
- Problem solving capability and the ability to be assertive
