• Responsible for Data QC for country specific languages and Analyst Team management – ensure team performance (incl. quality, efficiency and morale) and provide appropriate feedback to the team
• Suggest improvements to PV processes, document and implement procedures in compliance with ISO guidelines
• Responsible for documenting processes for applicable languages and develop KPIs in colloboration with Project Leads and Team Leads
• Responsible to follow-up with teams on set KPIs by the Project/Team Leads
