Positioning and delivering of an effective communication message across all types of media channels (social, web, TV, radio and print) to bring our brand image to life and make Red Bull relevant and engaging for our target audiences. The Head of Communications (together with her/his team) project leads the activation plans for Sports/Culture and (media) Product initiatives and takes full responsibility for earned media activation via influencer amplification and relationship building.

  • Have others talk about us

    Responsible to have others talk about us: earned media activation, influencer amplification and building editorial relationships with special focus on Media Partnerships.

     

  • Brings opportunities

    Brings opportunities coming from (Sports and Culture) Marketing to the local Network and translate this into media products.

     

  • Activation plans

    Project leading activation plans (ESO) across all audiences in coordination with the Head of Programming and the Head of Content.

     

  • Brand Partnerships

      Contributes to revenue generation through brand partnerships and assists Global Content Distribution in content licensing.

     

  • Communications planning

    Responsible for business to business communications, product (can) communications, crisis and consumer affairs. Collaboration with the Product Expert to have the proper comms tools to communicate the product.

    Responsible of the Influencers Plan in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.

     

  • Broad Network

    Establish a Broad Network in all relevant fields for Red Bull to support the national communication targets and business plan goals

     

  • Audiences

    Responsible for the Monthly Audiencies coordinating other areas of marketing and others departments.

Your experience includes:
  1. Minimum of 7/10 years experience in Communications, PR in marketing or media led companies. Working in an international environment and reporting information to HQ.

  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in leading teams, projects and securing brand reach&engagement via earned media amplification.

  3. A senior communication professional with an extensive media network, with high affinity with the world of sports and culture.

  4. Digital Savvy and aware of the comms needs in a connected audience world. Knowledge of monitoring and analytical tools.
