Задачи:

Own the full product lifecycle for a key platform area, from discovery and definition through delivery and continuous improvement Define and evolve product strategy and roadmaps in alignment with business goals, customers, data, and internal stakeholders Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to build and ship high-impact, scalable, user-centered features Prioritize initiatives, make trade-offs, explain prioritization decisions, and focus on high-leverage opportunities Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions, design and interpret experiments, conduct user research, and analyze data to validate hypotheses and identify improvements Define, track, and communicate product success metrics to guide learning and iteration Champion the product area internally by developing subject matter expertise and building visibility and understanding of its impact Own growth challenges that make a difference for learners, tutors, and the business, including LTV Expansion and Tutor Content

Требования:

Experience in Senior Product Management positions in rapid-growth or evolving environments Ability to work with data and metrics and use analytical thinking to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities Able to contribute directly to product development while thinking strategically across the product lifecycle Empathy for customers and the ability to use deep user understanding to shape product direction Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams Good design and user experience judgment Curiosity about growth challenges across the learner and tutor journey Будет плюсом: experience in marketplaces, subscription products, or growth experimentation
