Junior Corporate Partnerships Associate - Plug and Play

As a Sales Development Representative, you will build and nurture relationships with large corporations to fuel Plug and Play’s Enterprise & AI program. You will generate qualified leads, manage a growth pipeline, and collaborate with executives to advance partnerships. You’ll produce sales materials and support events that showcase startups to corporate partners. This role offers impact through accelerating enterprise collaborations and shaping an active innovation ecosystem.

• Identify growth opportunities and develop relationships to drive growth of the Enterprise & AI program
• Manage and track a growth pipeline with large corporations
• Assist in contract negotiations and closing of corporate membership contracts
• Produce and organize sales and marketing materials (presentations, case studies, competitive intel, contact lists)
• Provide event production and logistical support for demo days and mentor sessions
• Collaborate with corporate executives in deal flow sessions to align startups with business needs
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
• Conduct research to identify new markets and industry sectors and analyze opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience in sales, community building, accelerator management, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Proven success as an outbound SDR
• Familiarity with CRM and professional networks
