Syneos Health, Inc. In Madrid is seeking a CRA II to manage site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits. You will ensure regulatory and protocol compliance, and protect patient confidentiality while contributing to data integrity and trial quality.

The role requires up to 75% travel, strong communication skills, and solid knowledge of GCP. RN or Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred; on-site collaboration with study teams is expected.
