Postsales Business Assurance Engineer - Operations en MADRID, ES

MISSION:

 

Effective leader and team player, open minded to process changes and with strong influencing and relationship management skills.  As Post Sales Business Assurance Coordinator you will need to have strong knowledge about the processes and systems that supports the service catalog from Telefonica, to ensure that the projects are correctly defined in economics and operative dimensions.

 

MAIN DUTIES:

 

• Ensure the projects are modelled according to Telefonica standards, including economical and operational terms.
• Ensure the internal knowledge about Telefonica Systems and processes
• Prioritize orders under the validation flow, having in count the end to end priorities.
• Interlocutor responsible with other departments involved in the projects and services developments.
• Detect, coordinate and plan internal training sessions.
• Review and design processes for back office activities. Provide guidelines and updated training material.
• Foster and promote teamwork and group integration.
• Manage third parties properly, measuring KPIs and acting if any deviation is detected.
• Report to management the evolution of the projects and risk detected.
• Act consistently and proactively towards the successful delivery of services. In the event that complications arise, the individual is responsible for evaluating options and workarounds in order to avoid schedule deviations.
